Meet Munajj.

Founder & Lead Creative, Bullbird Media
I founded Bullbird Media because great food and great products deserve to look as good as they really are. Customers decide with their eyes, often in a split second on a screen, so I built a studio around food and product photography and short, cinematic videos that make people stop, crave and click: shot on location across the Triangle or in my private studio, and delivered ready to use.
I bring hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses and lighting, and I handle or oversee every step myself, from styling and shooting to editing, color grading and retouching. I also use the latest AI tools for cleanup and polish, so every image looks its best. Just as important, I take the time to understand who you're trying to reach, then shoot every photo and video so it speaks to that customer, whether it lives on social media, your website, your menu or a delivery app.

How much does it cost?
Every package is quoted individually, because every brand needs something different. Tell us what you’d like photographed, roughly how many products, whether you’d like short videos and where you’ll use them, and we’ll put together a quote for Product photography or a Monthly retainer. The retainer can be canceled anytime.
Who do you work with?
Product businesses of every kind: makers, packaged-goods brands, beauty and fragrance, online shops and retailers. Locally across Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the Triangle, and from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada for products you can ship.
Can I ship my products to you?
Yes. Ship your products to our private studio from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, and we’ll photograph them there. Get in touch first and we’ll send you the details. If you’re local, we can also pick them up.
What backgrounds do you use?
Whatever shows your product best. We handpick backgrounds and surfaces for each product, from clean white for store and marketplace listings to colored paper, stone, wood or dark, moody setups for social media and ads.
What are the short videos?
Cinematic clips of 5–20 seconds: a slow reveal, a splash, a product turning in the light. Each one is carefully shot to reach your target audience, and they’re available in every package, vertical or horizontal, for social media, your store and your website.
Why not just use AI-generated images?
AI can make a picture of a bottle. We photograph your bottle, the one your customers will actually receive. AI often gets logos, labels and details wrong, which means disappointed customers, returns and bad reviews. Platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok can also require or add an “AI-generated” label, which many customers now scroll past as low-effort “AI slop.” And in the U.S., purely AI-generated images can’t be copyrighted, so you don’t truly own them. Real photos build trust and are fully yours, and we still use AI where it helps: polishing the final edit.
Where can I use the photos and videos?
Anywhere you need them: your online store, Amazon, Etsy and other marketplaces, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, your website and ads. Every file is optimized for where it’s going, including pure-white images for marketplace listings.
What’s in the monthly retainer?
A steady flow of fresh product photos and short videos every month: new products as they launch, teasers, promos, sales and seasonal campaigns. It also includes a posting schedule and SEO guidance (captions, keywords, hashtags and alt text) so your content gets seen. Cancel anytime.
What equipment do you use?
